Fifth Street Guesthouse Lower Level

This inviting house is located one block up from the University of Montana, overlooking the Clark Fork River, Kim Williams trail system and Downtown Missoula.

Approx 900’ sq ft of living space with large windows.  Two bedrooms, one with large walk in closet., one full bathroom. Open dining room to living room with gas fireplace, includes smart TV, internet and all utilities.
Washer and dryer is shared with main level.
Off street parking along with furnished covered patio, BBQ, and fenced back yard.
Monthly rents, and longer term.
Options to rent:  main level-2 bedrms,  lower level-2 bedrms, or both levels-4 bedrms.
Seasonal rates apply.
